I learned this in conversation with a friend this morning. Contentment is not a state, it is a practice. When I consider myself, in this moment right here right now, I can ask myself if I am content. If I am, awesome. If not I consider what, that is within my control, I can change to become content. Once I figure that out, I take action. Then I consider if I am content in the moment I am in. Its really cool.
